Delete your account
This deletes your PIXEL GAINS online account and everything stored with it. It can't be undone.
We'll send an 8-digit sign-in code. It only works if you added this email in the app (Account & backup, then PROTECT MY SAVE).
The email comes from PIXEL GAINS and says it's a sign-in code. Check your spam folder if it isn't there in a minute.
Deleting removes, straight away:
- your sign-in account and email address
- your username and player card
- your friends, friend requests and hypes
- the training summary your friends could see
- your cloud backup
Workouts saved on your phone stay there until you delete the app or its data. The app will say you're signed out, and it keeps working offline.
Your PIXEL GAINS account is deleted.
Thanks for playing. If you install the app again later, you'll start with a fresh hero.
In the app: open the menu, then Account & backup, then DELETE ONLINE ACCOUNT.
Never added an email, or lost your phone? Write to pixelgains@lucarc.tech with your username and we'll delete the account for you.
More detail on what we keep and why is in the privacy policy.
